Death Record No. 17, Polajewo, of Andrzej Michalak, who died in Polajewo on the 8th December 1838, death reported on the 10th December 1838, he lived 23 years, he was son of Tomasz (not Tobiasz as indexed in Poznan Project) and Julianna, married couple Michalak, from Polajewo. At death he left widowed wife, Maryanna, born Wesolowska. Death reported by Michal Michalak, a steward, 30 years old, and Antoni Szczepankiewicz, a farmer, 35 years old, both residents of Polajewo.
