There are at least three languages in concurrent use on this page: whatever language the Cyrillic headers are in (likely Rusyn/Ruthenian), Latin, and Hungarian.
I can't read Cyrillic letters (and don't know any of the languages written in it).
Here's what I can make out on the line with Dudas Janos:
Idem [Latin for "the same"]
Laszlo
Dudas Janos, Ersa
Andrisko Ilés, Anna
? [some sort of abbreviation]
hospes [Latin, "tenant"]
17a Aprilis
Kis Lejtenses [Latin, plural adjectival form of a Hungarian placename]
So if appearances don't deceive and it's a baptismal record, it's recording the baptism of a Laszlo, son of Janos Dudas and Ersa, godparents Ilés Andrisko and Anna, status of parents tenant farmers, on the 17th of April in Kis Lejte (which I haven't been able to figure out yet).

First column Person who is performing Christening, usually priest (Krscrediti). Second column on each page is Christian Name (Krschsja mnja) so in your case Laslo. Third column Parents (Krscenaju roditelja).Next is Godparents (Vostaratelji) . Sixt column, I think place where they live (Sastaranie). Seventh column is Month and Day (mjesec deja). Fifth column could be 'Moljpomaza or Mirpomaza" and the entry there can be YES or NO. E stands for Esti -Yes, and then Non for NO. I think that is whether they have received first confirmation
