@Tamas Ecseki could the names of the parents (3rd column) be Галас Георгiй (Galas Georgi) and Бардара Тиса (Bardara Tisa)? I think column 4 is for the godparents. What do you think?

Yes first we should to identify columns and good to know which was the place of residence.
Tisa is Tisza (river) surname of mother, Bardara is Barbara (Borbala or Barbara now) firstname of mother.
After Галас what is reverse "S"? But I will try to find father suname - Galas maybe Gulyas (ly is hungarian other j in english y) and Georgius (latin)-> György (hungarian)-> George his firstname
Info:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tisza
gulyas is cowboy

Do you know if this is a birth record? Also do you think Galasi is just a misspelling of Gelsi?? Or would you think this is someone different? Also is this Mariapocs? Thank you so much!

Can Galas be mistaken or misspelled for Gelsi? Or do you think I have the wrong family?

Thank you for this help!

Do you think that there is any way that Galas can be a misspelling for Gelsi? Or do you think it is probably a different family? Gelsi does not seem to be a common Hungarian name.
Thank you for your help!

Yes, I'm not sure.
Here we have just shared our idea, Camille can read better cyrillic letter and I as a native Hungarian understand it.
But I have to say Greek catholic religion was very common among ruthenian people but there lived Hungarians and Gulyas come from blue.
Otherwise you can scroll among registers here and you can find other Gelsi or Galas but more likely Gulyas:
