Diane, some records are only viewable through a Norwegian IP address when you search on your computer. My friend in Norway looked this up for me. You can join a Facebook group for Norway and there will be awesome individuals with many resources to help you find records outside of the usual church entries. Of course the time period of your study plays an important part.
