Why do the members in my ward not show when I click on Helper Resources then Easy Invitations?
I am a member of the newly named Scott Lake Ward, Lakeland Florida Stake as of February 23rd. The new ward is using the unit number from the no longer existing Lakeland Ward. When I log in to FamilySearch and click on Helper Resources then click on Easy Invitations, I see the members from the old Lakeland Ward and NOT my Scott Lake Ward. How am I supposed to contact my ward members if they are not there? My ward clerk knows nothing about why FamilySearch thinks I and everyone else belong to the old Lakeland Ward. It looks like the boundaries have not been updated in FamilySearch or it hasn't been synced. ChurchofJesusChrist.org and Tools have me in the correct ward and all my fellow members. What is wrong with FamilySearch? How can it get fixed? Does anyone know how to get this resolved and who I should contact? I have already contacted FamilySearch Support three times. They don't have the answer.

You are exactly right - until the Church gets the changes in place you are stuck in the wrong unit right now. Just be patient - this will get fixed in time.

I have finally received notice that my last case with familysearch has been sent to the engineers. No idea if or when it will get fixed. They finally admitted that it had nothing to do with my computer, browser or my own account. They also said the ward and stake clerks can not fix this problem. Waiting....
