Here's the translation of the birth record -
Greifenstein, on 1 February, Philippina Metz, legitimate daughter of the deceased shepherd Christian MEtz, was delivered of an illegitimate son. She named the father as Paul Wispel, from Dernbach in Hesse-Darmstadt. On the 6th of the same month the child was baptized. Witnesses are the maternal grandmother Anna Margaretha Metz, in the name of her son Anton Metz, in Prussian service. The child was named Anton. + [died] 8 February 1823

Here's the translation of the death record by column -
Name of the town and time of death - Greifenstein, 8 February between 12-1pm
Time of burial - on the 11th of this month
Name of the deceased - city servant Anton Nispel
Illness - undetermined, with physician
Age - 28 years, 7 days
Note - in the birth record, the father's name looks like Wispel - it's definitely not Nispel. Compare the W in Wispel to the M in Metz. See that the W is similar to the V in Vater, but has an extra loop - this is what distinguishes it from an M. But in the death record, the surname looks like Nispel - compare to the N in Namen at the top of the column, or to the W in Wilhelm in the entry directly above this.

the birth info on the marriage record, the death date on the birth record and the Anton name all connect BUT that surname. I found no other birth record on this name. I guess I will try to find this Paul Wispel in Dernbach for possible solutions. The grandmothers son is in Prussian service? Any advice you could recommend?
