Translation Request, August Herrmann Ehrich
The first line of this record, Page 466, MIGHT contain my ancestor, August Herrmann Ehrich and/or his parents.
Germany, Lutheran Baptisms, Marriages, and Burials, 1518-1921 - Ancestry.com
Can someone translate so I can determine if this is, indeed, my August? August was my great-grandfather.
August Herrmann was born around 1851 in Germany (we BELIEVE the date might be 12 July 1851). He died 13 May 1917 in Las Vegas, San Miguel County, New Mexico, United States. At this point, I will happily accept ANY information on him that can be unearthed.
THANK YOU so much!

The birth record is for August Hermann, son of the master carpenter Michael Ehrich, born 21 July 1851 5:00 am, baptized 27 July.
There is a note (date?) to the left "M d 5/12 70" that may mean the date 5 December 1870. I don't know what "M d" stands for.
Addition:
The next image shows the righthand page with the name of the mother: Caroline nèe Tischler, the residence of the parents: Oslow_?, and the sponsors: Johanna Sablotey, maiden, August Ehrlich, bachelor, and August Pybas(?), bachelor.
