Recommended tasks shows green temples without clocks, but when click on the person with the green temple, the ordinances available are 120 day timed ordnances.
Any way this can be corrected to show correct temple icons in tasks?

@srfs Your screen shot is from the old home page layout. If you try the new home page layout by toggling this switch:
... then you'll see that the new home page layout does indeed show the correct ordinance icons for 120-day ordinances.
I would imagine that the engineers are unlikely to devote effort to updating the old home page layout, which will surely be retired at some point, and only the new home page will be available -- just as was the case with the new person page.

It's not really the same problem. The temple icon you see in the list is not telling you either way whether the ordinances are 120-day or 2-year reservations. It is a different style that is an umbrella for either kind, so you can't draw any conclusions from that icon. Only when you expand the item to see the details will you see the icons that specifically inform you if the ordinances are 120-day or 2-year. After all, it's possible to have a mixture of those ordinance types on a particular person, so there's no reasonable way to reliably indicate at the list level what kind of ordinances you'll see when you drill down on the item.
The old home page doesn't show the specific icons even when you drill down to see the details for each ordinance for the person. That is the problem that is fixed in the new home page. Your screen shot shows the person popup that is shown when you click on the person's name. That's comparing apples to oranges. The analogous comparison is to click on the temple icon. Then you'll see the actual problem, where 120-day icons are not shown on the old home page:
