Looking for a Translation of a York Co PA Will
Looking for a German-to-English translation of a two page Final Will for my Ancestor John Jacob Haller (1748/50-1824) who lived in York County, Pennsylvania. He is also known as Johannes Haller or John Haller. The Will appears to have been probated November 18 1824 in West Manchester Township, York Co, Pennsylvania. The Will begins on the bottom right of the 1st page.

Translation:
In the name of God, Amen, I, John Haller, residing in the "Bottstadt"? of Westmentshester [West Manchester?] township York County and State of Pennsylvania, being in good health, thanks be to Almighty God for this, do herewith make known my last will and testament.
Namely, it is my will that all my lawful debts and funeral expenses be paid first.
Item. It is my will that the house and lot where I live in the said "Bottstadt", as well as all movable goods, house and kitchen utensils as much as she wants to keep, shall all remain together in the possession and hands of my beloved wife Maria Magdalena and for her faithful use as long as she possesses her natural life. Should she and my executor deem it good to sell or lease the said house and lot, it is my will that my executor shall sell or lease it. If it should be sold then my wife shall have the of the balance of the sum for which it is sold. If it is leased, she shall have the rent, or if it is sold, the interest of the year. the interests shall be paid to her yearly and every year, as long as she possesses her natural life. Additionally I bequeath and give to her the sum of sixty Dahler [Dollar?] and the interests of five hundred and eighty Dahler which I have in band stod [bank account?], yearly and every year.
Item. I give and bequeath to my son Jacob Haller all that is written down for him in my book, which he has long since received from me, shall be in full of his inheritance, of all my movable and immovable property. It is my will that all my loose goods which my wife does not want to have, shall be sold on public auction, and after the death of my beloved my beloved wife, it is my will that the inherited house and lot, if it is not sold before then, together with all that is left of my estate shall be sold to the best advantage by my excutor and the money shall be divided into equal parts, namely to Johannes Haller, Catharina Weiser, Sara Ilgenfritz, to the surviving children of Georg Haller, his part to be divided in equal parts among them, to the surviving children of Adam Haller, his part to be divided in equal parts among them and to the surviving children of Abraham Cremer, whom he has begotten with my daughter Maria Magdalena, her part to be divided among them in equal parts. It is also my will as soon as the land in Albemarle County, Virginia, is sold by my son Johannes Haller, whom I have authorized to sell it, and which authority shall also be good according to my will, and after the sale the money shall be divided equally among my children, namely Johannes Haller, Catharina Weiser, Sara Ilgenfritz, the children of Georg Haller, the children of Adam Haller and the children of Abraham Cramer, which he has begotten with my daughter Maria Magdalena, all of whom are sons and daughters of mine.
And I hereby appoint my faithful friend Martin Weiser to be my executor of this my last will and testament and authorize him to make and give good and lawful deeds, and I have here unto set my hand and seal, the twentysixth day of April in the year one thousand eight hundred and twenty-three.

Mentz Register for the probate of Wills and Granting Letters of administration in and for the County of York and state of Pennsylvania, personally came Peter Shultz & John Fahs the subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of Writing, and after being duly sworn, and affirmed according to Law, do depose and severally say, that they were personally present, and saw the within named John Haller, sign his name unto, and Seal and, publish, and declare the said instrument of writing as and his Last Will and Testament, And that the said John Haller at the time of the doing thereof was of a sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding to the best of their Knowledge, Observation, and Belief.
