Transliteration assistance requested
This marriage record is from the Bayreuth-Stadtkirche in 1826, Record 11.
I am unable determine the last two words on the second line (if Senior is correct, what is its meaning here?) and the first two words on the next line (it appears to be 37 1/2 followed by another word). If so, I do not understand the 37 1/2 portion either.

Your reading is correct: Pfarrer und Senior Bumann.
Senior is/was a title for a hierarchically superior pastor, see German Wikipedia: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senior_(Kirche)
I have no idea what the 37 1/2 means.
