Transliteration assistance requested
This baptism record for Franz Joseph Buchta (unehelich) is from the Bayreuth-Stadtkirche in July 1824.
I am unable to determine the words in the next to last column (left hand page) indicating the date of baptism:
den 3ten August _____ _____ ______ _____ wegen Schwachheit in Hause.
Also, on the right-hand page, can you tell me what the word above "55" (the number of unehelich birth) and "unehelich"?

@Kent Robinson_2 Is it possible to view the image of the entire page?

@Gina Palmer The image is from Archion and so the images download as PDF files which are not supported by FamilySearch.
So I have to screen capture the image and when I checked that for the full page, it was too pixelated. Thus I was only able to provide the portion that I did.
If there is a better way to get around the PDF issue, I am open to further suggestions

The text on the left hand page is:
den 3ten August d[urch] H[errn] Synd[icus?] Geissler wegen Schwachheit in Hause.
So it describes who performed the baptism. A syndicus is usually a lawyer or attorney. In this context it may be a lawyer of canonical law or just a layman who perfomed an emergency baptism.
I have no suggestion for the other question.

In Archion, you can select the link icon (see image below) to get a link specific to the page you are currently viewing. If you include that link in your post along with the image, those with a current Archion access pass can see the whole page. Seeing other entries might help get an idea about the item in your second question.

Thanks so much for your assistance with this transliteration and specifically the explanation of Syndicus.
