Translation of the marriage record:
Greifenstein, on the 31st of May 1812, Philipp Christoph, surviving legitimate son of Johannes Wallbruch here, with Christine Margrethe, née Schlessing, were married after three proclamations.
Aufgeboten und Getraut = Proclamations and married.
Verzeichniss der Kopulirten = Register of those married/Register of marriages.
Totenregister = Register of deaths.
Beerdigungsregister = Register of burials.
gestorben = died.
begraben = buried.
Tod = death.
todt/tot = dead.
