Translation request for birth and death records of ggf Friedrich Hoyer
I was hoping to get some help with the birth records of one of my great-grandfathers, Friedrich Hoyer (1881-1938). First, I think I largely have a handle on the baptismal record, but I still have questions as to what's written where I have question marks highlighted. A big question I have is how to interpret the third series of columns to do with legitimacy of the child - it seems to break down to 'legitimate' and 'illigitimate' and 'male' and 'female', but then numbers are given and there's a 'summary' column - I don't understand this at all.
The translation as far as I've been able to do go with it:
Place: Groẞ Blud(s)zen (?). Christian name of child: Friedrich. Legitimate (M): 2. Summary: 5. Day and Hour of Birth: Day and (Hour?) of Birth: 2 (?) January (?). Day of Baptism: 8 January. First and Last Name as well as Profession of the Father: August Hoyer (?). First and Last Name of the Mother: Catharina (?) Lange. Baptismal Witnesses: August Lange, Johann Hoyer, Caroline Lange.
Let me know if I mistranslated anything and what the writing that I haven't been able to deciper means.
Next is his civil death record. I'd like to get a full translation of this. And if you have time, a transcription as well, since I'm trying to learn German and archaic German handwriting. Obviously, there's a number of translation requests ahead of me, but would be grateful for a translation when you can get to it.

Here are my additions to the baptismal record (in bold):
Place: Groẞ Blud(s)zen (?). Correct, see https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10631006
Christian name of child: Friedrich.
Legitimate (M): 2. Summary: 5. The numbers are summed up in the respective columns, so Christian is the second legitimate male child and the fifth child in total on this page. The numbers at the top are the carryover.
Day and Hour of Birth: Day and (Hour?) of Birth: 2 (?) January (?). Correct. The date of birth is 2 January, the hour 11 1/2 Uhr vm = 11:30 a.m. Not sure what Bl. N.1 (Blatt Nr. 1?) refers to.
Day of Baptism: 8 January.
First and Last Name as well as Profession of the Father: August Hoyer (?). His profession is Losmann = tenant, see https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Losmann_(Ostpreu%C3%9Fen)
First and Last Name of the Mother: Catharina (?) Lange. Catharina gb (geborene = nèe) Lange
Baptismal Witnesses: August Lange, Johann Hoyer, Caroline Lange.

Awesome! Thank you!
Under Day of Birth in the baptism record, it says "2 (zwei) Januar", correct?
