Hi,
Attached is the death record for Caroline geb Bohlman

The last name is Kickhäfer. The scribe writes the "K" differently than the "R" in Rubenhagen, Regenwalde and Rasch. But he also writes the "K" in Karoline differently than in Kickhäfer. The clue that clearly differentiates it is in the signature of the informant near the bottom of the page. Berta Kickhäfer clearly signs her last name with a "K".
There are a number of words I can't figure out but since no one has answered yet I'll give what I can:

Here are a few more ideas gleaned from a German speaking friend. First, Berta Kickhäfer who reported the death "durch Standesamtlicher Ausweis," could mean she was using some sort of identification card for her identification. Her occupation was possibly a Graveurfrau, having something to do with engraving.
The name of the first street is Soldinerstrasse 13. The second street which is mentioned twice is Usedomstrasse, the address of where Karoline resided and died in Berlin.
Püster may be her father's occupation. Not sure what that means.
Hope this helps a little.
