You go to the official website for England & Wales at https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/. Click on "Order certificates online" then on "Register as an individual". Once registered, you can search the birth index for around 1881 for your FARRIMOND grandfather. Sometimes, you might need to search on variant spellings - of both a first name and surname.
Once registered to the GRO website Just follow instructions and choose your options for payment and delivery.
