This record doesn't mention the names of any children, just the husband of the daughter she lived with. Here's the full translation -
Margaretha Fürböter from Lemkenhafen, widow of the long-ago deceased farrier Jürgen Fürböter in Gammendorf, with whom she supposedly had 15 children, of which many died, 3 sons emigrated*, one son is serving as a soldier, one lives in Wasserburg near Sulsdorf, and one daughter has been married for a couple years with the miller's apprentice Carl Jacob Wedag in Lemkenhafen, at whose home she died. The informant knew nothing further about her background. She left no estate according to him. He reckons her age at 62 years. She was quietly buried. [From left-hand margin - Died March 29, buried April 3]
*Note - when it says "emigrated," this doesn't necessarily meant to the US or some non-European place. At that time in history, "emigration" could mean to the next city, or another German state.

Also, the record directly below Margaretha's is for her son Carsten, who died right after she did. Here's the translation of that record -
Carsten Fürböter of the same place, son of the above-mentioned widow and her deceased husband Jürgen Fürböter, born in 1789, 20 October, served as a laborer [maybe farmhand?] in the Wester parish, became ill and died right after his mother, with whom he was buried at the same time. He was 24 1/2 y[ears old], unmarried. [From left-hand margin - Died March 30, buried April 3]
