Well done, @JohnSatterlee! Some minor edits:
November. Die 24 hujus observatis observandis coram facie Ecclesiae copulati sunt Sebastianus Unser Adolescens cum vidua Catharina Elsesserin ex Schluchtern. Testes fuerunt Joes Georgius Lutz moderator hujas et Martinus Baumann civis ex Schluchtern Asistente R. P. Willigisis Holswarth ex conv. Sinzheimensi.
Note: "observatis observandis" is a fixed idiom ("observing what needs to be observed") meaning "after the required prerequisits were done" or "after fulfillment of all prerequisits". "coram facie Ecclesiae" literally " in the face of the church" is also an idiom, meaning "publicly".
So my translation would be:
On the 24th day of November after fulfillment of all prerequisits were publicly married: Sebastian Unser bachelor with widow Catharina Elsesser of Schluchtern. The witnesses were Joes Georg Lutz director here and Martin Baumann citizen of Schluchtern. Executor R. P. [Reverendus Pater] Willigisis Holswarth from the Convent of Sinzheim.
