I think the first line is "Today the "Ber..." appeared in front of the undersigned registrar..
The record includes Julius Borchardt (dies at 69 in 1900, so born 1831? and his wife, Maria, maiden name Wagner.
I am trying to find Borchardts in Berlin, and this is the first record that shows a possible connection.
That's all I can figure out. Thanks.

P.S. Regarding his birth year: He dies in the middle of 1900 (July) so there's roughly a 50-50 chance that he already turned 69 in 1900 or that he will turn 70 later in the year 1900. So his calculated birth year is 1830 or 1831. One of these years can be confirmed later if you find his brith record.
