German translation 1872
I'm not sure of the format that the priest used. Is #33, the first person's father's name Andreas Mathiassohn and the surname is Koening? or is the surname Manuskala? Or is Manuskala something else, like a place?

I think the surname is Koening and Manuskala is a place name (now called Manushkino). The header says "Orts und Aeltern Namen".

I agree with @JohnsonGreg's analysis.
Column heading: Dorfs und Aeltern Namen = Village and Parents' Names.
What is written in this column is:
"Grosse Manuskala, Andreas Mathias Sohn Köning Bauerwirth und Anna Willikaine" = Greater Manuskala [a place; today Manushkino, in Russia], Andreas Mathias (son of) Köning, farmer, and Anna Willikaine.
So the child's name is: Simon (son of) Köning, or simply Simon Köning.

Thanks for clarifying that for me! Elaine
