Hello @c4gen,
Without the column headings I can only make assumptions as to what the column headings might be, which I have shown in bold:
Record number: 43.
[Second column]: [blank].
Mother: Caroline Heyden, unmarried person in Crien [possibly the place called "Krien"].
Child: Friedrike Caroline Wilhelmine.
Birth date and time: 14 Nov 1852, 8:00 pm.
Legitimate/Illegitimate: illegitimate.
Baptismal date: 24 Nov 1852.
Baptismal sponsors: (1) Johann Giese, day laborer. (2) Friedrike Breitsprecher, parlor maid. (2) Friedrike Heyden, farmer's daughter.
For future reference: It's best to post the entire image or a link to the image so the record can be viewed in context. It's also desirable that you state where the record is from (parish, city, village, etc.) as that helps to identify other place names in the record.
Here is the link for "Krien" from Meyers Gazetteer: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/11066051
This might be the placed referred to as "Crien" in the record.

Hi, thanks so much for the reply. I wondered if I should added the headings. I'll do that next time.
The place in the meyersgazette is the same Crien. It used to be spelled with a C.
Crien is also the surname of one of my 4 X great grandmothers who married a Heyden/Heiden and at least lived in Crien before immigrating to the States.
You pretty much answered everything but I'll add those column headings here in case it adds anything .

You're welcome, @c4gen. Glad I could assist you.
Thanks for the image with the column headings.
The second column heading is: Forename and surname and status of the father; which for your record is blank.
The other columns headings are fine, except I would change the eighth column heading to: Name, status, and residence of the baptismal witnesses (rather than "baptismal sponsors").
The last column heading translates as: Remarks; which for your record is blank.
