Translation of Baptism Record for Ignacy Zarnicki.
The super wonderful people on the Poland Family Search Community site found this record for me and gave me some information, but I would really like to have it translated. They said it was in Russian. Can anyone help? Thanks. ~Jane

It's definitely not Russian. Probably Lithuanian or Slovak or some other similar.
if you see "z" and "t" in the text, then this text cannot be Russian

That is Polish. The record was probably found on geneteka.genealodzy.pl. You can find it in the links below. If you’ve not spent any time there, you should. It is wonderfully indexed and searchable.
Here is the information I can pull out of the document:
It took place in the city Zychlina, on the 18th of January 1855 at 12:00 in the afternoon. Maciej Zarnicki a Sklaelownik (? I can’t make sense of this word), 33 years old, living in Dobrzelin, and in the presence of Ignacy Jankowski, 28 years old and Maciej Kaszubski, 44 years old, both work as Sklaelownik (??), and living in Dobrzelin, presented a baby boy born of his wife Anna nee Ziolkowska 27 years old. Being baptized on this day, that child was named Ignacy Zarnicki. The god parents were as mentioned above, Ignacy Jankowski, and Juliana ?) Kaszubska). This act was signed by the parish priest as the others are illiterate.
Signed Walenty kon..?, the parish priest of Zychlina
Aside:
It looks like Ignacy had several siblings:
Some of them died as young children:

Mike

Oh! You guys are so wonderful!! Sorry, about the Russian thing! Thank you for the siblings and deceased siblings!! I do have a questions here. On both records there is a Walenty Zarnicki with parents Mateusz Zarnicki and Anna Ziolkowska. So is Mateusz the same as Maciej? ~Jane

Records from that region of Poland were witten in Russian beginning around 1870 until the end of WW1.
Before that they were written in Polish and/or Latin.
Mateusz = Mathew
Maciej = Matt
Note that on the birth and death records of Walenty, it states that his father, Mateusz, was a farm owner (gospodarz).
Fyi:
The Marriage of Inacy Zarnicki and Apalonia Łuszczyńska is there. So is the marriage of her parents Łukasz Łuszczyński and Józefa Urbańska.
I didn't search beyond that.
Good luck,
Mike
