Hi, I would like to access this volume. I went to the online catalog and it was listed, but it said there was a copyright issue and the book cannot be viewed online. How can i access this book?

As you say it cannot be viewed online. The reproduction rights are owned by the National Library of Ireland (NLI) and can be viewed on microfilm in their Reading Room. Details are here:
