Many communities maintain FaceBook pages focusing on the history of the community. Phillips County appears to have one but you would need to join in order to post anything. It might be worth joining and posting the photos to see if anyone can put a name to the faces. Or, it could just be a blind "rabbit hole" but it costs nothing but time to check it out.
