Translation help

Could I get a full translation, please? I don't have a link, sorry.

The challenge is not so much translation as reading the handwriting. Seeing the rest of the document the context might help. But I see the word for Baptism or Baptize in both lines - second word of the first line and a little further along in the second line. The last half of the second line I read "Josua Le Grand de nomme Joshua" So I am guessing that this is a baptismal record of the son of Joshua who is called Josua Le Grand, either because he is the Father, or because he is a big guy, and the son is nammed Joshua.

Joshua is just my guess at the writing of the name, but you might see something different in the letters.
