Hello Nicole,
Wednesday, the 8th of August at Dürrnbuch buried with a sermon was Georg Roeschlein, previously a farmhand, legitimate second son of Friedrich Caspar Röschlein, "Emskirchischen Kasten-Amts" subject and farmer at Dürrnbuch. Age: 26 years, 8 months, 16 days.
Comment: Emskirchen is approximately two miles north of Dürrnbuch: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10437008
Friedrich Caspar Röschlein was a subject of Emskirchen.

Thank you Robert, for the extra information. This is an area that I would like to see. The google search talks about St. Kilian Church. Question: when they say subject, is that just a reference to the town they came from? Or the King/lord's subject?

You're welcome, Nicole. Re: subject: I am not sure what the precise meaning is of subject in this context. As you suggest, it might simply mean they came from that town. But if the town was part of a larger jurisdiction, they may have been a subject of the ruler of the overall jurisdiction. I know many of the records you have posted from this area have phrases which refer to the person as being a subject of various places.
