A couple of phrases in a long 1809 Alsace civil marriage record
I was able to get almost all of this, though it was a new format for me. I am not sure if I got the bit about parental consent correct.
- [the bride...]"ebenfals begleidet von gedachter Mutter welche auf das begehren der Einwilligung dem Ehrerbietigem gesehen nach einwillgund" seems to be something like: "the bride ... likewise accompanied by the previously mentioned Mother, who respectfully provided the consent seen after agreeing." Is it close?
- "Welche uns ersuchen haben zur feÿerung der zwishen ihren beshlossenen Ehe vorzuschreiten, wovon die Ausruffung vor dem Haupt thore des Gemeinde Hauses allhier in Kauffenheim geschehen sind" I get as: "Who have requested us to proceed to the solemnization of the marriage contracted between them, the announcement of which has taken place in front of the main gate of the municipal [Commune] office here in Kauffenheim" I wasn't sure of the two words in bold: is feÿerung the right word?
- A couple of other words I couldn't find (bolded in the draft transcription below):
- benebst = together?
- verhanlenten = negotiated/agreed
- begleidet = accompanied by
Thanks!

My compliments for being able to decipher all this. It's quite hard.
- [the bride...]"ebenfals begleidet von gedachter Mutter welche auf das begehren der Einwilligung dem Ehrerbietigem gesehen nach einwillgend" seems to be something like: "the bride ... likewise accompanied by the previously mentioned Mother, who respectfully provided the consent seen after agreeing." Is it close? <- Correct.
- Feyerung = Feier = solemnization <- Correct.
- Thore = old spelling for 'Tor' (gate) = in this case, they're talking about the 'Haupt thore' = the main gate
- benebst = next to
- verhanlenten = negotiated/agreed <- Correct.
“so dem Christian Felden Bürger und Schuhumacher allhier in Kauffenheim wohnhaft Ehemann der Stief Schwester von der Höchzeiterin als Vierter Zeuge, welche sich benebst uns und den verhandlenten Parteÿen des Hochzeiters,“
That's the husband of the bride's step sister (Hochzeiterin = the (female) person getting married; the groom would be the Hochzeiter)
