Hello @Mavis B. Molto - Martini is the Feast of St. Martin, celebrated on the 11th November. This day and Mariä Lichtmess (Candlemas), which you asked about in your other post are still celebrated today, that´s why I happen to know the dates. There probably is some index where you can look it up, I don´t know one, though, but I´m sure, someone else can help. Patron saints´ days are celebrated on the same date every year - if you are looking for a specific date, you only have the liturgic name to (like Epiphanias, Trinitatis, etc.), you can look it up here, entering the year you are searching for: https://www.stilkunst.de/s311_ev_jahr.php
I noticed, you asked for the birth date following cop. - maybe I got you wrong , but this is what I read: Martin and Anna got married on Martini - 11th November 84, and their first child, Hans Jerg, was born on Jacobi - 25th July 85.
Greetings, Rachel

Rachel,
Thanks again for your answer! I copied and pasted the question which should have said marriage instead of birth date.
Thanks for the calendar link also.
There is a Danish feast day site on the FamilySearch wiki, so can continue using that as well.
