translation of two marriage records of same marriage
Hello,
I have come across two marriage records from Carnitz, Pomerania for my direct ancestors and I was wondering if someone could translate them for me or, if nothing else, tell me if there is any notes regarding Sophia's previous marriage or her being with child at the time of this marriage. I have done screen shots for the specific record I'm looking for (Carl Martin Post) but have also included the entire page for reference. Thank you in advance!

Here's as much as I can make out - a few words are missing but won't affect the overal gist of the translation.
First record is for engagements and marriages in 1846, with column headers for clarification -

Age - 21 years
If the [groom's] parents or guardians gave permission - Der Präs. Schein des copul. Pfarrers ist beigebracht = [some sort of certificate, not sure what Präs. means ] has been submitted by the pastor who performed the marriage
Was he previously married - Nein = no
Bride's name - Sopihe [sic] Luise Friedr. Brendemühl
Age - 31 years
Name, status, and residence of her father - Jochim Brendemühl, bäuerlicher Altsitzer in Nitznow = farmer on a life estate
If the [bride's] parents or guardians gave permission - Der Präs. Schein des copul. Pfarrers ist beigebracht = [some sort of certificate, not sure what Präs. means ] has been submitted by the pastor who performed the marriage
Was she previously married, and how this marriage occurred - Ja. Durch richterl. Erlaubniß = yes. By court permission.
Second record is for engagements and marriages in 1846, with column headers for clarification -

Thank you so much! The child conceived out of wedlock is the grandfather of my great grandfather. I appreciate you doing a transliteration and translation - I thought maybe Sophia's first husband died, but it's interesting to know they actually divorced. I love learning what they did for a living too - all new information for me! I wonder why one record doesn't mention the child but the other one does... The second record in general seems offers more details so perhaps that's the only reason. Thank you again!
