Marriage registration clarification needed
In this marriage registration, it looks like the term "verlebten" is used. If I am reading that correctly, is that another way to say "gestorbenen"?
Also, I could use some help with the surnames for the mother of both the bride and groom.
The groom's mother Kyro? and the bride's mother Koc?
Finally, I am trying to understand the relationship of the witnesses for the couple's marriage. I can't tell if the relationship is to the Ehegatten or the Ehegattenin. The word just seems to end in "i". The final witness, Theodor Schliffer, lists himself as "Schwiegervater" but neither the bride or groom or their parents have the surname Schliffer. Am I misreading things?
Thanks in advance for your input!!!

Yes, verlebten means deceased.
I read the name of the groom's mother as Kyroc, and the name of the bride's mother as Koels, but as always with names a confirmation by another document would be necessary.
The first witness is a Bekannter (acquaintance/friend), the second a Schwager (brother-in-law) of the bride, the third again a Bekannter, and the fourth the Schwiegervater (father-in-law) of the bride. Since all parents of the groom and the bride are deceased this can only be a second husband of the groom's mother.
