German-Czech baptismal record
The record in question is the first one for Johann Adolf Morawetz.
I understand the following from this record:
- Birth [22 Mar 1894]
- Baptism [29 Dec 1898] in Haida
- House # is 100
- Name column [Johann Adolf] but I'm not sure of the information below his name?
- He is Catholic, male, and legitimate
In the columns for father and mother, I can pick out some words and names but not much. It appears the father [Adolf] was born in Ledeč? And it appears Adolf's father [Josef] is deceased with the [+] in front of his name? It looks like someone else is born in Ledeč on 22 Jan 1853? The mother's, [Ida Maria] father is Leopold Fleischer. I see a Jakob Winter named but not sure who he is. A translation of the father's and mother's information would be helpful.
Also, please, translate the names of the witness and godparents
THANK YOU!
