TaufZeugen waren: 1) Erhard SchöeLaub, der hiesige ?? ??. 2) Christmann Holm. Bürger und Ackersmann allhir als des Kindes brede?? pfettern. 3) Maria Eva Dietschin, Joh: Georg Dietsch, des gebresten?? In the year 1791, 25 September in the morning at two o'clock a little son was born here in Kaufenheim and was baptized on the same day. His parents are Lorenz Wolhüter, the elder citizen and farmer here and Maria Magdalena née Kunz, his married wife. Baptism witnesses were: 1) Erhard SchöeLaub, the local ?? ??. 2) Christmann Holm. Citizen and farmer here as the child’s ?? sponsor 3) Maria Eva Dietschin, surviving legitimate unmarried daughter of Johann Georg Dietsch, the disabled?? citizen and farmer in Hatten, here in the service standing as the child’s godmother. The name Johann Filipp was given to the child at the baptism. As this is confirmed by the priest who performed the act, and by the baptismal witnesses above.

The first bolded word is probably an abbreviation for heilige = holy.
The double question marks could be Evangelische Schullehrer = lutheran school teacher.
"brede" could be beide, so ...des Kindes beide Pfettern. = both sponsors of the child.
"gebresten" - gewesten(?) meaning "the former" (he is obviously deceased).
Addition: Eva Marie signs the record with the name Dietschin (not Dietzfrau). The -in is the female ending that should be left out when stating her family name.
