Name translation

I was wondering if someone might be able to translate the first few lines of page 37.

In particular, I am trying to read the name of the child of Jens Jensen Houmands of Eeg.

I believe it is "Lauritz or Laurits", which I have seen interchangeable with Lars or Laurs
