Bischlers
I’m looking for Bischlers who lived in Tawrashi,Hibernian,Milashyest.
Can’t seem to find the place. Any advice appreciated,much thanks .

The first two of these three look like Tarascha and gubernia, hard to say about the last one.
The problem here gubernia is a large region and while there is a Tarascha uezd, it is a part of Kiev gubernia, so any three piece location given in Russian documents would be Kiev gubernia, Tarascha uezd, selo Buzovka for example.

From these I would nothing sounds exactly like Milashyest, somewhat similar sounding places are: Lemeschiha, Stanishevka, Yanishevka, Melnikovschina, Tomashevskiy.
Can you post the source you got the locations from? If these are immigration records looking at the way they are written may give some more clues.
