There is a disagreement between two different baptismal records which is right?
There seems to be a disagreement about her baptismal date and parents. The first source

Both women seem to be married to Christoph Heinrich Mithöfer.

Both baptismal records are probably right because they are two different women. What is wrong is that probably only one of these two women married Christoph Heinrich Mithöfer. If you obtain the baptism record for Christoph Heinrich Mithöfer's first daughter Maria Elisabeth born 23 December 1781 or if you can find Christoph Heinrich Mithöfer's marriage record there is a reasonable chance that one will state the correct Marie Agnes(a) Schulte's father's name. The marriage record will also likely indicate her age too which would likely indicate which one was Christoph Heinrich Mithöfer's wife.
Based on location and age it is very likely that the Barkhausen-Rabber Marie Agnes(a) Schulte is correct. The other would have been too young to have children in 1781 and lived much further away from Christoph Heinrich Mithöfer. The Barkhausen-Rabber Marie Agnes(a) Schulte was born very near Christoph Heinrich Mithöfer's place of birth.
