Before the undersigned registrar appeared today, personally known, the householder Dietrich Schwecke, resident of Mehringen, house number 11/6, Lutheran religion, and declared that his wife Elisabeth Schwecke, born Meyer, Lutheran religion, resident of Mehringen, gave birth to a child of male sex on 24 December 1891 at 3:30 p.m. in the dwelling of the declarant. [The child] did not receive yet first names. The declarant explained that he was informed of the notified birth case from own knowledge.

Thank you so much. This is my great uncle. He was the youngest of the children born in Germany. I will pass this along to his descendants. He was known to my older sisters as Uncle Hans. He is buried on my family farm in North Dakota. It verifies the spelling of my great grandfathers name as Dietrich. It puts them in a slightly different house, 11/6 at this time. A few years earlier they were in house 12A. And 20 births in one year seems like a lot for a small village. Interesting facts. Thank you for your help.
