Translation Assistance (German/Latin) Deckelmann & Müller 1785
https://data.matricula-online.eu/en/deutschland/bamberg/nordhalben-st-bartholomaus/M3%252F32/?pg=31
After 3 proclamations made:
Marriage: 13th of June 1785 (6th marriage in the 1785 register)
Groom: Joan (Johann) Deckelmann (honest single man), scriniarius = drawer, tailor?, son of Andrea Deckelmann (same occupation as son) & Margaretha living in Nordhalben
Bride: Marg(aretha) Müller(in), honest virgin, legitimate daughter of Andrea Müller, carpenter & Barbara
Priest: Aloysius Brockard
Witnesses: Joannis Deckelmann , civil servant & Andreas Hagen ? civil
Question: Is it possible that scriniarius could be seriniarius, the word from another record that may have meant civil servant? Do you think it’s possible it's a word used to describe someone who acted in a military capacity?

Hello @ccr1107,
You did very well again. Anything I added to the record does not materially affect your original translation; thus your original could stand on its own without these additions. Excellent work.
After 3 proclamations made:
Marriage: 13th of June 1785 (6th marriage in the 1785 register)
Groom: Joan (Johann) Deckelmann, pious and honest young man, scriniarius**, legitimate son of Andrea Deckelmann, scrinarius** & Margaretha, married, living in Nordhalben.
Bride: Marg(aretha) Müller(in), honest and chaste virgin, legitimate daughter of Andrea Müller, carpenter and musician & Barbara, also married, from here.
Priest: Aloysius Brockard, p. t. parochus = pro tempore parochus = temporary parish priest.
Witnesses: Joannes Deckelmann , civis*** scriniarius** & Andreas Hagen, civis*** operarius = worker.
Comments: You did very well identifying the "us" symbol (that looks like a "g") at the end of words.
**Because "scriniarius" has multiple meanings, you will have to decide which definition is appropriate for your research.
***The word "civis" can be translated as civil but also as citizen. It's possible that the first witness is a citizen and a scriniarius and that the second witness is a citizen and a worker, as opposed to being civil servants of some type.
Suggestion: It's best to transcribe the names as they appear in the record itself rather than the names as written in the margin. The names in the records are usually written out in full. Marginal names are there simply to help the pastor or priest to find the record, as such marginal names can be shortened, abbreviated, or truncated.

Scriniarius is the correct form of this word. I looked at the other record again from yesterday and the second letter, that looked like an "e" is actually a "c". So in that record the word is also "scriniarius".
One Latin dictionary defines the word as: carpenter.
Ernest Thode, German-English Genealogical Dictionary, defines "scriniarius" as: carpenter; court recorder; archivist.
