hitting a brick wall, need to review source docs
Hi, I found these indexed records on Poznan Project, which pointed me back to FamilySearch microfilms that I cannot access. Normally I would go to the FHL in the burbs, but seeing as how it's Thanksgiving weekend, was hoping someone could help me with these so I can share with the family! Also the last line shows "Michael Matuszewski +" ... what is the + indicating?

ah, I see that now... any chance you can make out the names of the witnesses?
Any leads on where I can get the second (civil) record?
