What event are dates in the following entry for?
2)The bridegroom's name, age, occupation and residence: Bachelor Christen Enevoldsen of Visby 28 age _______________________ 13 October 1810 of Sager.
It would 1 year, 10 months, 9 days excluding the end date between the birthday of 4 December 1808 entered in FamilySearch and the above date. His birth year would be 1809, if his age was 28.
3)The bride's name, age, occupation and residence: The girl Ane Kerstine Jensdatter 25 age ________________26 June 1815 of Soe.
It would 3 years, 4 months, 22 days excluding the end date between the birthday of 4 December 1808 entered in FamilySearch and the above date. His birth year would be 1812, if her age was 25.

Since the date looks close to the birth/christening, I wonder if it could be the vaccination date. The word might be "vaccineret". I have not seen that date in marriage records before usually in birth/christening records, but the information was often recorded. Where Ane Kjerstine Jensdatter was born the "Arkivalieronline" records have vaccinations but only to 1814. Starting 1815 the vaccination was on the birth/christening record in that parish.
The vaccination date is my best guess.

I agree. It is the vaccination dates. Notice that the bride in the first record does not have a vaccination date. She has had smallpox (kopper).
The remarks I believe are listing when the banns were posted in church. "Til lysning"
I can't make out the first day. Maybe "Marie bebaadelsedag"? Mary's Annunciation Day?
The 2nd and third look like "Palmesøndag" and "Anden Paaskedag".
I use this Feast Day calendar to help when they reference feast days instead of dates.
