Probate Record in need of Translation
I have the probate record for Nils Adamsson. I am in need of having it translated. The record covers image 76-87 since there is a change of the film. I am looking to have the introduction, Giåld och Skuld, and ending translated.

Here is my translation of the introduction:
Inventory of all the property of the "Rusthållare" Nils Adamsson in Björka executed on June 3rd, 1796 upon due notice, after he departed in death on the 28th of previous May; Present the widow Anna Brita Persdotter, the son Gabriel 29 years, the son-in-law Eric Jansson from Kulan, on behalf of his daughter Brita Maria, and the unmarried daughter Anna Greta 26 years, as well as observing her rights the "Rusthållare" Anders Apelbom from Erfvasteby; but the former son-in-law the miller Lars Johansson who used to live at Skogaholm, but shall have moved away from there without information where he now resides, and who has not come to know about this proceeding was absent. The widow who received a written testamentary will drawn up by the deceased Nils Adamsson on the 26th of last May, is said to specify the property and the estate in the order that she can swear it with an oath; whereupon the proceedings were continued in the following order.

@Ulrich Neitzel This is very helpful. I have been looking for Nils's Rusthållare but I haven't been able to find it. Any tips for getting into this time period's record? I can find 1800's but not 1700's.

Just to clarify: the "Rusthållare" is Nils Adamsson himself. A Rusthållare received a considerable tax rebate for keeping a horseman and horse together. The Rusthållare is a civilian and not a military man. The Rusthållare had a number of privileges, such as not being called up for military service. He was usually a tax farmer or a crown farmer.
The horseman usually lived in a torp on the farmland of his Rusthållare. Sometimes several farms together (a so-called rote) were responsible for equipping one soldier.
The soldier should be listed in the husförhörslängd. I found Nils Adamsson and his family in the husförhörslängd for Börka rote 1779-1784 (https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0017049_00030), but I do not see any person explicitely termed soldat in this context. Unfortunately the husförhörslängd for the years 1785-1812 is missing.

Thank you for setting me straight. I am new to the military terms and I went back to where I was learning and I can see when I misunderstood. Thanks again for helping me understand.
