Need help with transcription of this document of Adriana DeKegel maiden Roels or Cools

Hi,

I think based on the index it is Roels, but someone else says it is Cools. Looking at the index there are no surnames with Cools, but there are a lot of Roels. The person said the index was transcribed later and was wrong.
