On the 2nd of May were married Hans Michäel Seÿfert, proprietor of the Crown Inn here, and Maria Catharina Bautschin, surviving daughter of the cape maker Andreas Bautschen of Durlach.

You did very well with your transcription/translation!
Here are my comments regarding your question marks. The two dots on "Michael" (modern spelling) are probably on the "e" = Michaël. This is a so-called "Trema" (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trema) which indicates that the vowels -a- and -e- are pronounced separately (and not like an -ä-). It is not an Umlaut.
I assume that the family name of Maria Catharina and her father is "Bautsch". "-in" is the typical femal suffix, while the ending on Andreas' name "-ens" = Bautschens is a genitive sign (since "Bautsch" ends on the sibilant -sch the genitive -s is not added directly, but as "-ens").
