Translation
On the 9th (ninth) July, after the Most High Dispensation of the time of marriage and the proclamation d.d. 27 June h.? ai?, the citizen and master glazier, Christian Jacob Blech, widower, born 20 Jul. 1791, and Christine Thautphäus, born 3 May 1793, surviving second legitimate daughter of Councilman?, George* Ludwig Thautphäus who died in Hahnheim in Rheinhessen and his surviving widow Christine Katharine, born Heid, of Schornsheim, were married in church.
Witnesses were 1) the master shoemaker, Johannes Heid, and 2) Helene, the groom's sister, widow of the deceased Master shoemaker, Valentin Geier.
Note: From the first Blech marriage with Elise, born Dittert, of Wetzlar, by whom a son, Friedrich, is present.
I don't know what the initials d.d., h, and ai mean in the record.
*George is the first name used in other records but I really can't see the "o" or second "g" in this entry so it may be some other word?

Hello Greg,
excellent work! My minor edits are mainly grammatical and spelling corrections from my knowledge of German; many of them are not readily visible in the handwriting.
d.d. means de dato (Latin) = of the date, h.ai. means huius anni (Latin) = of this year
