Could someone help translate these two records to clarify the legal and biological relationships?
This is the first time I've tried to use the Community to translate records. I was told it is possible.
There are two birth records for the child Ingeborg Pedersdatter, one with her mother, Appolone Jorgensdatter, listed first, the biological father, Peder Jensen, listed second, and Ingeborg's future legal father, Hans Christophersen, my 3rd GGrandfather, who her mother would marry two years later, listed in the witness section.

The second birth record for Ingeborg Pedersdatter shows Hans Christophersen and Appolone Jorgensdatter as her parents. There seems to be a lot of added notations that may explain these relationships more clearly. This is in regard to the last entry on this record.

As I read these two records, the first birth/christening shows that the mother was unmarried (the child is listed as illegitimate, ugæte). In such cases the mother is listed first with the stated biological father named after.
In the second, confirmation record, as you state, the mother's married husband is listed. I believe the last column of the confirmation gives vaccination information.
That would be my interpretation of the data.

I believe the witness in the baptism record is Hans Christensen.
The Stedfader in the confirmation record is Hans Christophersen [or Christoffersen?]
The column after the parents names is the verification of her age by looking at her baptism record. It lists that she was born 18 Februar 1816 and baptized in church 25 [can't read this part]. But the baptism record lists her baptism date as 25 Februar 1816. So this is the same woman.
Ingeborg was vaccinated for small pox by the parish priest in Greve on 8th March 1817.
The vaccination date is usually listed in the marriage record as well making it easier to know you have the same Ingeborg Pedersdatter.
Check the Jevnsførelses=Register page listed also. If she stayed in the same parish it may help you find her marriage record and death record.
The evaluation of her religious knowledge and behavior, mg, is meget godt, very good.
