Help to know how to read these records

Thank you for your help. Thank you for letting me know to break up my help needs. Do you know if any of the people's directories have been put online?

The name of Rosine and her father should of course be Haux ;-)
I am sorry, I do not know what type of "Personenbuch" that is and if it is available online.
