Translation:
In the year 1859, on the 3rd of April at 1:00 am Martina, illegitimate daughter of the unmarried Katharina Kähni, ____? legitimate daughter of the citizen and master mason Sebastian Kähni and his wife Kunigunda, née Wendelspiess, both from Adelhausen, was born in Adelhausen and was baptized by the undersigned curate on the 10th of April at 11:00 am. Godparents: Ludwig Kähni, unmarried, of legal age, son of the citizen and master mason Sebastian Kähni of Adelhausen, and the unmarried, of legal age, Katharina Hammer, legitimate daughter of the citizen and farmer Jakob Hammer of Adelhausen. As it is made known in the presence of the undersigned curate and the baptismal witnesses the father is Sebastian Schmid, unmarried, of legal age, journeyman carpenter from Herrischried, legitimate son of the deceased citizen and master carpenter Marcell? Schmid and his wife Magdalena Hossenthaler from Herrischried.

Here is what is written in the left-hand margin of this record:
No. 11. 3 April. Martina Kähni. ?. B. S. 110. now Martina Schmid. illegitimate.
Given that the child's surname changes from Kähni to Schmid in this marginal note, I think the abbreviated letters are telling you to see either page 110 or entry 110 perhaps in the marriage register for this parish to find the marriage of the child's mother and father, which would legitimize the child and give her the surname Schmid.
