Translation Request for Marriage Record. Thank you!
Hello,
Principals on Record: Johann Freitag and Esther Elizabeth Krause
Location: Stuhm, Westpreußen, Preußen, Deutschland on 19 Oct. 1817
Link: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QPN2-3LDK
Note: I believe they are the second line down but since I don't speak German, I find it difficult to be sure. Thank you for all the help you have given me! I greatly appreciate the time you take to translate these and the helpful details you know beyond the document.

I am afraid - there seems to be a severe mismatch between the actual record and the index: the actual record are marriages in 1826 - not 1817. The book covers 1820(!) - 1826.

I finally found the entry you are looking for on https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS8X-ZQJR?i=181&cc=4111605&cat=285238. The book is somewhat chaotic, separated Lutherans and Mennonites, and 1818 is given in the page header, but 1817 given (once) with an entry - usually year not mentioned. Consequently I wouldn't bet on the year.
Marriage on 19 Oct (year?).
Groom: Joh[ann] Freytag, "Eigenkäthner" (cottager of his own), widower aged 66, followed (crossed out) by what I believe to be info on his first wife Kaldau/Kaldowa. He is Catholic.
Bride: "Frau" (Mrs) Esther Elisabeth Krause, widow aged 48, first husband the late Christian Krause, "Eigenk[äthner]" in Barparen(?). She is Lutheran. Whether Krause was her maiden or married name is not clear for me (I am not familiar with the habits in this region).
