I would like help interpreting the baptism record listed for Johann Gottlieb Nagor #4

on the bottom left side. Is it possible that there was a twin named Carl Ludwig Nagor listed in this record?

No twin. Carl Ludwig Nagor was born 08.09.1838 to Johann Ludwig Nagor and his wife Anna Caroline nee Oporoishin(?). Carl Ludwig was baptised 14.10.1838.

Joh. Gottlieb Claaßen was the first witness - no child of this name I can find.

Just a comment: I find it much more motivating to help if I know more about the source, e.g. which parish.
