Hello @NicoleTresnak,
Translation:
[Left margin]: No. 45. Reichelsdorf. House number 1. Maria Sophia Friederike Roeschlein, A.C., married woman. See death certificate no. 818.
No. 40.
Maria Sophia Friederike Roeschlein, A.C., wife of Johann Röschlein, master baker and land owner at Reichelsdorf, died on Sunday, the 26th of September 1852 in the morning at 4:30 am at Reichelsdorf, house number 1, after an 11-day illness and was, due to putrefaction, buried on Tuesday, the 28th of the same month at the local church yard with a funeral sermon and "Kirchensatz".
Age: 40 years, 2 months, and 12 days.
Illness: "Schleimfieber" = mucous fever (i.e., fever due to congestion).
Physician: Dr. Schwarz from Schwabach.
My comments: I am puzzled why the number in the margin is "45" and the number above the record is "40".
I don't know what the abbreviation "A.C." stands for.

The index has Maria as number 35. Some of the baptism records have numbers that do not match, also.
A.C. is in all the baptism records. Funny, BC is Before Christ. AD is After Christ. I will be searching for that answer. Thank you for the translation. It is helping with my tree. Especially, when they record nine children, third son. I know if I am missing someone.
