Please help decipher this death record for wife of John Friedrich Ditzler

We have the gist of this record, but because there is a bit of mystery about the identity of this man's two wives, we'd like the understand the rest of the words in case they gives us another clue.

"Philadelphia, August 1 1821"

and then, basically: ... Mr. John Friedrich Ditzler's wife ... 39 years 2 months 5 days ...

And we see the Dr.'s name, plus we know from the 'German Lutheran' notation and another record we have that she was buried in the German Lutheran burial ground.

Here's a revised translation incorporating @WSeelentag's additional information as to the cause of death:

Philadelphia, August 1, 1821, today early at 2:00 am Mr. John Friedrich Ditzler's wife died quickly from a hit in the chest, 39 years old, 2 months, 5 days, attested the undersigned: Dr. Doster.

I read "… im Schlag an/auf die Brust schnel[l] gestorben."

"Schlag" is used often for quite different diseases - but I don't think that fits in the context (breast). Could it be that she was hit in the breast (thorax) and died quickly from the inflicted injury ???

I am grateful that you are practiced in reading this handwriting, as you have been on other records I've posted where I just can't make out the words well enough to try a translating program. On another record I have for her (the burial list), it gives a cause of death of 'palsy', which I know was pretty generally used, too. I so appreciate everything these good people recorded, and I do like knowing these details about my ancestors, but oh, I can't help but wish they had included her name!

Not as odd as baptismal entries without naming the mother or marriage entries without mentioning the bride ... have seen both 😣!
