I need help deciphering this baptismal record of Johann Andreas Schiefer, son of Matthias Schiefer, grandson of Jacob Schiefer of Untergimpern. FHL film 102060908, image 209. It appears that the couple was married after the child was born. I'm particularly interested in what it says about Jacob Schiefer. Thank you.

Sohn, ein Schuhknecht, und ist zwar vor der Niederkunft mit gedachtem Matthias Schiefer proclamiret, aber noch nicht copuliret.

Translation:

[Parents:] The mother is Maria Catharina, surviving daughter of the late Georg Dietrich Winterbauer, and the name of the father is Matthias Schiefer, a journeyman shoemaker and legitimate son of Jacob Schiefer, a former citizen of Untergimpern. [The mother] has been proclamated with the said Matthias Schiefer before the birth, but has not yet been married.
